This website is using Wix platform to register your personal information, like name, phone number, nationality, e-mail address and your dates of travel. This data is necessary to complete your inquiry or booking and to keep contact with you.

 

We also use Tidio, a chat platform that connects users with the customer support of Perfect Sot Lisbon. With Tidio platform we collect your e-mail address, name and telephone number in order to start the chat with you. We also use cookies to help us improve website user experience and further develop our service. We only collect data with the consent of the users and all the data will be processed and transmitted in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). 

 

The messages and data collected and exchanged are stored only within the Wix and Tidio application and your e-mail addresses are also kept in our Google Mail Account and on our current mailing software provider, Mailchimp, who have Privacy Shield in place and allows you to unsubscribe any time. We promise that by entrusting us with your email we won’t pass it to any other third party.

 

We will not sell or market the email addresses or other collected personal information to third parties. Perfect Spot Lisbon is not making use of these data other than to follow up on users’ registered issues or inquiries and to send them relevant information about Perfect Spot Lisbon or any important offers that they might be interested in.
