This is a beautiful guesthouse with 400 m2 and an outside area of 1.000 m2 that turns into a private villa for big groups. Located in the heart of Cascais, in a 10 minute walk from the beach an to the train station to Lisbon's Center, it has a nice swimming pool surrounded by a wooden deck and a cozy garden.

There’s a modern living room in the ground floor on the side of a dining area with a huge table to sit up to 20 people, both with direct access to the swimming pool. The fully equipped kitchen has a door that leads into the garden and into the bar outside. There are 7 bathrooms and 7 rooms to accommodate up to 30 people:

The garden has different seating areas and a bar open from 11:00 to 23:00 that serves drinks and snacks. There's also a private parking area for 3 cars.
